Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup filtered water Essentia
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil or Brain Octane
  • 1/2 scoop Vega coconut almond protein powder
  • 1 tsp camu camu powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed oil

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender in the order listed. Blend on low and increase to high speed for 1-2 minutes. You can add more water depending on your taste.

Recipe Notes

All ingredients should be organic. If you experience thyroid issues, skip the Maca powder.
